This set is a great gift for the tea lovers in your life. It's intended for brewing loose leaf tea. The lid acts like a small plate for the strainer to sit in once you've taken it out of the cup. It is glazed with a flowing blue glazes with hints of brown that show off the carved pattern. This set was handmade by me on my wheel in my studio in Camden, NJ.
Like all of my pieces this set is dishwasher and microwave safe and lead free.
